São Paulo, June 17, 2015 - Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. (BM&FBOVESPA: TPIS3) and its subsidiary Concessionária das Rodovias Centrais do Brasil S.A. (“Triunfo Concebra”), hereby inform the market that on this date, the National Ground Transportation Agency (ANTT) of Brazil authorized Triunfo Concebra to start collecting tolls at the 11 toll plazas, as per the decision published in the Federal Register today.
Consequent to the authorization, the concessionaire will start toll collection at 00:00 hours on June 27, of an average toll tariff of R$4.07 for each 100 km. Toll collection was authorized after ANTT inspected and approved the construction work on the toll plazas and the duplication of 65km, corresponding to 10% of the total stretch to be duplicated by the concessionaire. Construction work was concluded 70 days before the initial deadline of September 5, 2015, reaffirming the Company’s commitment to execution and delivery of the duplicated stretch.
Triunfo Concebra was incorporated in January 2014 to manage the concession of a 1,176.5 km stretch of the BR-060, BR-153 and BR-262 highways between the Federal District and the states of Minas Gerais and Goiás. Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A. holds 100% interest in the concession.
