Consolidated adjusted net revenue was R$323.4 million (+23.0%) and R$835.8 million (+16.1%) in 2Q15 and 1S15, respectively. Adjusted EBITDA came to R$183.4 million (+37.1%) and consolidated EBITDA margin was 56.7%. In 1S15, Adjusted EBITDA was R$572.3 million (+17.3%), and margin of 68.3%.
Toll Roads Segment: despite the 5.4% decrease in consolidated traffic in the quarter, toll revenue reached R$ 170.6 million (+22.6%) in the period. Considering pro forma toll revenue, including the results of Triunfo Transbrasiliana in 2Q14, growth was 4.8% (R$162.8 million in 2Q14). On June 27, 2015, Triunfo Concebra began toll collection at its 11 toll plazas, 70 days before the initial deadline. Note that the traffic decrease in the period was impacted by the Truck Driver's Law, which will be offset in the toll roads financial performance by toll increase.
Energy Segment: in the quarter, the Company sold 277,956 MWh (+28.3%) of assured energy at an average price R$227.48 MW/h. Net revenue reached R$56.3 million, up 42.7% from the previous year, mainly due to the lower comparison base in 2Q14 caused by the heavy concentration of energy sales in 1Q14.
Airport Segment: Viracopos Airport handled 2.5 million passengers (+6.9%) and 30,700 aircraft in 2Q15 and this growth was by improvements in its infrastructure and more international flights. With this, gross revenue from passengers, take-offs and landings and commerce grew 14.9%, 11.8% and 35.8%, respectively. While cargo volume fell 17.6%, cargo terminal revenue reached R$17.8 million (+14.4%), due to actions taken by Viracopos targeted at high value cargo.
